My wife feeling not well her hb 10.5 n another health was ok. My mother call my father in law that my wife need rest please come but after 4-5 day he not recieved our call my wife also. N after 2 months he told that we not treat good with his girl n not ready to send her back what I do sir

in this case you can proceed to send notice of restitution of conjugal rights.
if she refuses after the said notice then you may proceed to file a contesting petition for restitution of conjugal rights before the family court
