Wife is not ready to come since 10 months what should I do?

Hi,
My wife left me before 10 months...she just fought & left home.ow I don't where is she is living, she is doing job in Delhi....but I don't know where she is living now....she had blocked me on WhatsApp, not answering my phone calls, no reply to text msg....ow I am tensed what should I do now? I discussed with her parents...they are saying she is not ready to come....please help me..what should I do?.

If you are not willing to live with her you can file divorce Petition and you can get divorce or else you can contact her parents/family members to take the matter and resolve amicably. Thanks for taking with LawRatoPartner.

hello if you know where she is working contact her and try to resolve if you don't know any whereabouts of your wife and as per your version she is missing please file a missing report with police to avoid any unforeseen circumstances. if your wife living with her parents file petition under section 9 of HMA. Contact a local lawyer to help you
