Wife is going to marry another guy

Me and my wife were married socially on 2014 , but we never had a registry. Within 6 month she left our house without any cause and from then she is staying with her parents. Now in 2019 she is going to marry another guy. I asked her to sign divorce papers. But she told me that we doesn't need divorce as our marriage was not registered legally. How can I get divorce without harming my wife.. please help me..
if you both have socially married, which means taken seven steps before sacred fire, marriage is complete as per section 7(2) of the hindu marriage act, if you both have to part ways, you both have to mandatorily file mutual divorce without which if your wife if she marries will lead to bigamy and she can be jailed too and her second marriage will be null and void.

hi, if your wife is not willing to give you divorce then you can file a case for same easily and by pursuing the same you can get a divorce order, definitely you have to take divorce its a bull shit that you are not legally married couple, for more can contact me.
