My Wife is earning good salary though MNC. we married 3 years back no kids till now. she is asking divorce. If she demands for maintenance how can I prove that she is earning.
I have her pand card , Copy of PG certificates, her offer letter from the MNC.
Will this information sufficient.
there are many options to proove her income , just you have to opt ways under law depends upon circumstances and don't proceed to procure any documents illegal means ,it may affect your position before court.

your wife is earning MNC company you need to get a employee ID card any other records for your safety purpose in future and you don't have kid means Saksham posting for diverse means you can but as per the supreme court judgement morning she is a graduation it means she won't get single rupee

There are so nany provisions under law to get her salary certificate from court by writing to her employer. Normally working women not entitled for maintenance or alimony. Come to my office I will help you how to avoid alimony and get easy divorce. Not having children is anothet ground.
