Wife is deserted and not willing to come back

Hi, I am 34 years old male married 4 months ago living in a village and working in state government as an officer. My wife is a software engineer in a MNC in Bangalore currently working from her home in Mysore. Prior to marriage they had agreed to leave her job whenever the husband family decides.. now they are claiming she don't leave the job and if you need your wife you can come to Mysore city and live with her. At any circumstances her mother is not letting her to live with me due to salary.

I understand your questions so you married 4 months ago but your wife not living with you right if you want your wife you will file Restitution of conjugal rights case you will file at court then you get decree you file a execution case then also she is not come to live with you you will take decision saparat legaly

Sir kindly file for restitution case and take appropriate order from court so that once the case s filed court will send both the couple to mediation if problem is sorted out the case will end in the mediation itself

There have been court decisions to the effect that one spouse cannot be given divorce on the basis of another living away or force such another to quit job. But you can file for RCR and test their stand in the matter.
