Dear Sir, Your brother can file Divorce that is nullity of marriage since schizophrenia may be considered as a ground for declaring marriage as nullity. It must be filed within one year of marriage. Your brother need not give any alimony to his wife since herself and her parents cheated your brother as not disclosed such serious disease.

if your brother has decided on divorce he can file on the ground of her mental disorder with whatever documentary and other proves he is having as of now. If you all have decided to go head with divorce then the matter of early money can be tackled.
