Wife had external affairs with other boys

My wife had external affairs with other boys I know him so wife went at night with till one not came back and not went to parents home and relation home please I need divorce by her

Hi ,For divorce adultary is one of the grounds. But simply on the benefits of doubt that one day she was absent from house with some boy Cout will not entertain the ground. If you really confirm about her extramarital relationship with other man out of marriage then you need to collect all evidences to file the case on this ground. But you can see the other way to get relief.

1. you have to file a case before the court and ask for divorce giving a reason that she is having external affairs with other boys. 2. you can file divorce case giving a reason that she has deserted you and went out of the matrimonial House.

Dear Sir, You can file divorce on the ground of extra marital affair that is adultery by your wife. Unless you have strong evidence then only you will get divorce on that ground. Ordinarily every alternative case filed by husband will be on the ground of adultery. You have to collect circumstantial evidence and direct evidence in respect of adultery.
