it does not matter as to whether she was engaged in sex with some one else before marriage. The requirement of law is that she should not be engaged is sexual intercourse with someone else after marriage. It is usually very hard to prove adultery on the basis of fb chats or phone call records. But it is advisable to prove your case on the basis of mental cruelty.

if you have those proofs of your wife even after the marriage then it can be used as best evidence to prove adultery otherwise before marriage what she had done was her personal life, but it shows the malafide conduct and raise a question, that why she is asking for living apart from you, and claiming maintenance, so therefore, there is something fishy in her mind.
