wife had affairs and her father refused to give divorce without money

i separated in july 2019 due to i found her sex chatting, i found from her chatting that she dont like me and she was not ready for earlier for this marriage.5 months of marriage wife is demanding 12 lacs rs in 125 judge mediation and refuse to give divorce. even family court judge threaten me I don’t have any option and she have 4 options and also threaten my advocate without money divorce is not possible. I send her section 9 notice so i got counter case of 406 and reply that she filed crpc 125 and section 9 is civil case so they are not reply my RCR. wife harassing me financially and mentally for money and adding one by one criminal case as I am 1000km far from her in other state.i don’t have any mistake but my wife need divorce and money so she is playing with me using law should I go for RCR petition or some other strategy?
It is ugly truth. Family laws are very pro women. They have more bargaining powers than men. What should you do depends entirely on your priorities. If someone wants to get rid off all the troubles of litigations at once and go ahead with rest of life peacefully then they negotiate and pay in mutual consent divorce. If one is ready to contest then the same can be done but it then takes years of litigations, expenses, time and other resources couple with harassment and lack of peace of mind.

First of all you don't have to go with any further litigations and calmly you have to concentrate on your current proceedings. You should keep on record all your evidence that shows she is not one man lady and just twisting the facts.

it is true that you will have to pay some alimony on divorce..but it be decided on the basis of merits cannot the amount what wife thinks she wants...you can file a divorce and will get good order under the same if wife is at fault.
filing a false case is also a cruelty under which you can file a divorce. need to look into the matter and pleading in 125 case before ant confirm advice
