Wife filled false complaint on me and my parents.

hi Sirs, i am working at gulf country and married in chennai, tamil nadu girl on 2016.after marriage she lived with me for 2 month in my native.then she went to her parents home. she moves with office guy friends very closely and from 2016 i ask her to quit job and come with me to gulf country. last year for only 5 month she came to gulf with me and stayed, and got conceived. now she got baby. when i asked her to come back to my native or to gulf with me, she denied and she ask me to stay with her family. next day she went police station and complaint against me and my parents in dowry case, and after few days some assistant commissioner called me through my wife mobile and he told he will bring me to chennai through gulf embassy. finally now i filled contest divorce case last week, (1) how long days it will take for 1st hearing (2) I do not want to give alimony because she earning 35k per month.i do not like to give money for child custody .how many years it will take for divorce ?
