Wife filled false case after i filled Divorce petition, what to do

You can file a separate complaint in court against your wife by stating all the relevant facts under cruelty against husband by wife including the facts of her illegal activities.
The divorce petition will continue as it is.

1. find separate lawyers ( dummy lawyers are used by main lawyer ), to represent the different six accused, so that if at the time framing of charges ( after the IO files his charge sheet) each accused is represented by separate lawyers. so that if charge is made out only for 2 people others can be represented separately and made free. it avoids conflict on interest and presents a picture of innocence from possibility of co-conspiracy.
2. I suppose she has filed a case of domestic violence and or sexual abuse, focus on this point that she never resided in the matrimonial household. unless a person has resided with the accused, who so ever it is , the victim must have resided with that person in the shared/matrimonial household. else, the case is not maintainable under the domestic violence act.
3. try to put all the stories, evidences and other facts in the affidavit for your divorce case, to prove where she is actually wrong. push on the point that she is just filing false and frivolous cases to use the law for her gain and to exploit you. here in, the fact that the marriage was not successful or that she was involved in adultery will be of prime importance, for cases like divorce , or maintenance., your affidavits, evidences and a good cross questioning line will be helpful here.

i have read your query ,in your query you are be falsely alligated by your wife as per you information which you have provided here is that you and your wife married togather out of love between both of you,as information is provided by you is true then you must fight the case along with a good advocate under whose guidence you can not only win the case as well as you are able to teach a lesson to your wife so she should not dare to do it again in any other manner.
