Wife filed false DVD case and fled to UK

My wife filed false DVC case & 498A against me 3 years back and she has fled away to UK and not appearing for court hearings of DVC case from last two years. My corrupt lawyer colluded with my wife and asking me to attend court hearings to attend without fail and this process is going on for last 2 years. My lawyer neither demanded judge for her presence nor for presenting witness, but simply wasting my time and energy by saying to compromise. What should be our next step to tackle the situation

hello sir aapke ho lawyer hai vo apke wife ki tarf ho gye hai but tnsn na lo aap agr aapk wife court ni ati hai sir to es case ko asani se band kra Diya jaygaa district court se and khud unko notic issue kra dngye ki vo q ni aa rhi hai case sir bhut arm se khtm ho jaygaa don't warry

if she has filed falls case against you and she is not appearing you should also stop going give in an application in the court for her non appearance change your loyal you can contact me for filing that application and you also stop going to any of the cases those all those cases will eventually go away without me

it will be better for you to get a direction from the High Court and move a application to the court of domestic violence case I am pretty sure that it will work and sometimes Indo UK treaty is very important for the someone to be served at the defendant or other party. as I can guess in your case surely you're advocate is not competent to issue and notice to the wife in UK because it need very lowest exercise at the level of embassy and some very important international legal documents to someone the party from other country.
