Wife filed complaint against me and family

We have been married for 6yrs and have 2 kids living with wife. Recently she has filed a complaint on me and my parents on ground on assault and domestic violence. She has arthritis and pcod bisease before marriage which they have hidden. Because of her health issues she does not help with household work. Keeps abusing kids eg: do you think I am sofa to jump on me. I feel her parents are spoiling her. I want children custody. What should I do. How to handle the false case filed by her. Thanks.

the custody of a child who is below five years old is given to the mother, while a child above nine years of age can be consulted by the court regarding his preference for the parent he wants to stay with.

you file RCR case immediately and take bail in case police station registered fir on the basis of complaint and file child custody on the basis of her health issues and much chance get the child custody

Dear Sir, You may simply file a child custody case on the health grounds of your wife. If the children aged more than 5 years then you can get easily their custody and avoid payment of maintenance towards children. You can also file Divorce case against your wife since they have not disclosed about the deceased she is suffering even prior to marriage thus you may get divorce also.
