Sir, your question can not be answer. Every case is differ from each other. As your wife have applied for divorce on certain ground, if she proves it with evidence she may get decision in her favour and at the same time you will also file your counter claim. So Its not possible to answer your question.

if she file divorce petition in court. Court cannot force you to give her divorce you have right to defend and save your marriage, before her if your wife stay separately then file restitution of conjugal rights petition.

No court will not force you to give divorce.court will ask you what do you want.there you can tell the court what you want .you can say that you don't want to divorce and want to maintain your marriage.court may send your matter for counselling .

You need to defend the case as per your decision. If she wish to go for filing a case of divorce from you, you may have to defend by responding the same through an Advocate.

Sir would advice that if she wants divorce as you said she has filed it in court.. Let me know on what basis did her advocate has filed the marriage petition. Court never force to give divorce but under some circumstances it has to be given then the court gives such an order.
