To give opinion, it is necessary to know whether you had filed any Matrimonial Suit for Divorce to end your first marriage and whether you have done your second marriage in India or in abroad. To give opinion, it is necessary to know whether your wife has filed the proof of your second marriage in Court or not. To give opinion, it is necessary to scrutinize the complaint filed by your wife. If you wish to take my Legal opinion professionally upon online payment, then can whatsapp.

you are strongly suggested to immediately meet a lawyer of some reputation in high court. your papers needs to be pursued and appropriate remedy have to be worked out depending on the merit of the case and availability of your defence. but it would be hard to deal with the second marriage and your lawyer might need to ponder over it with your cooperation and his or her own legal acumen. but you can also make out a case for staying the proceeding or at least have you court's permit for you to go abroad for work.
