Wife fights a lot want to file for divorce and child custody

I am frustrated from my wife who always fights with me & my parents. I want to know If I file for divorce then what are the rules as I have 3yr old son. I want to know if I have to pay some amount , if yes then how much & what are the other legal things I have to do.
Hi...if you both are agree for divorce you go for mutual consent by that you can get divorce within six to eight months other wise u have to go for mutual consent. You can also claim for child custody.
