पति अर्जुन कुमार व उनकी पत्नी खुशबू के बीच पहले से एक मुकदमा जो जिला विधिक न्यायालय में दोनों पक्षों के बीच मुद्दों के समझौता का चल रहा है जिसमें पत्नी खुशबू द्वारा दिनॉक 15 फरवरी 2021 को न्यायालय में लिखित प्रार्थना पत्र लगाया है जिसमें खुशबू (पत्नी अर्जुन कुमार) द्वारा दहेज़ माँग के आरोप के अलावा अन्य कोई आरोप नहीं लगाया गया है तथा शादी से लेकर ससुराल से अंतिम विदाई तक का पूरे प्रकरण का वर्णन खुशबू द्वारा अपने कथनानुसार लिखित रूप से किया गया है परन्तु दिनांक 20 मार्च 2021 को 1 महीने बाद महिला थाना सुल्तानपुर में दर्ज झूठी व निराधार FIR No. 08/21 में उन्होंने(खुशबू पत्नी अर्जुन कुमार) ससुर मनीराम जो सरकारी नौकरी करते हैं के ऊपर बलात्कार 376 आदि का झूठा,मनगढंत व निराधार आरोप लगाया है जोकि 15 फरवरी 2021 को न्यायालय में दी गई प्रार्थना पत्र (प्रथम सूचना) से भिन्न व झूठा तथा प्रार्थना पत्र में बलात्कार आदि जैसा कोई आरोप नहीं लगाया गया है what we do if senior officers can not responce.

for that it is better to file FIR QUASHING in high court as soon as possible otherwise police can take action against you and your family and even police can arrest your father and take action against him.

Hello It is the very serious offence and you should not take it very lightly. if you find that all the allegations are vague and there is no truth in it then you should go for anticipatory bail. when you are safe from rest then you should try for quashing of the first information report. you should find all those document by which you can prove that the wife is having ill consent against your family or you so that you can prove that the first information report has been lodge is false. Challenge the first information report or get protected from law as soon as possible Thanks
