My wife and i gor married 3 yrs back and have 1 ur ild son.. my wife is extremly short tempered and has issues with my mother , family etc. tried to sort out mutiple times and called her parents but they dont come to sort out. My wives morher emoldens her and has pampered my wive all through her life.. my property is on my mothers name but my wife wants a share.. i am ok to pay alumni or maintanace.. can apply for divorce and what happens to maintanance if she remarries
