Wife doing adultery - What to do now?

Wife had many relationships before and after marriage also - which i came to know later but don't have any solid proof of so I'm not talking about that. But since last 3 months she is staying separately, not wearing sindoor or choodi and have started dating people. She is now talking to a guy whole night. From her prepaid mobile statement I could see that on 3 instances she was talking with him over call from 11pm till 4am in morning. She video calls her on Instagram other days which can't be proved unless I've access to her Instagram account. That guy would have been calling her too, and this can be proved from CDR. I somehow know that they met a few times and got close too. Since we are not divorced, can I file a complaint against both of them with police? Can CDR and LDR be used to establish the adultery? Can I use section 497 here?

no police will entertain any complaint regarding family issues and about section 497 you can use it as a ground for divorce accoridng to the landmark judgement of the supreme court so if u can prove adultery or creulty you can get divorce without paying any maintenance to your wife

Due to developments there remains no offence as such of adultery but yeah it is a valid ground for divorce. In these circumstances it is better for you to amicably solve rhe dispute, have discussion and if not interested to get mutual divorce.

Well, the Offence of Adultery has been decriminalized. You cannot file a Criminal Case on your Wife and her Boyfriends, despite she is sleeping with them on your bed behind your back or in front of you. You can. merely take Divorce from her.
