do second marriage when I am in hospital not take any photos in second marriage I file missing complain she come police & say she don't do second marriage & she living with parents not with husband & now living with her second husband all contact are switch off
dear client you can take civil as well as criminal actions against your wife as you stated. but you should have strong evidence to prove the second marriage of your wife in the court.

If a married woman marries again without even securing divorce from first husband then her second marriage is null and void in the eyes of law. Also it would would be a penalty offence if reported to police with proper evidences.

File a Case to get Conjugal Rights that is to maintain Physical Relations with you under Sec 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act. Hope, it will work for you, as if she will not be able to say, the reasons behind not coming to consummate marriage with you, she has to disclose before the Court, that, she already got married with someone else without giving you Divorce.
