Yes she can demand maintenance for herself and her daughter. You can file an application in the current court for decrease in maintenance. If the court still does not decrease the amount for divorce you can file a petition in the high court with respect to the quantum of maintenance.

Dear Querist, Mutual Consent Divorce proceedings are purely procedural. The Family Court/ Judge will never involve into the settlement process. The parties have to sit and settle the terms and conditions (consent terms) and present it to the court. And the Court merely certifies the consent terms and orders decree of divorce.
It is suggested to sit down with some senior family members and preferably an advocate, who can help in arriving at the terms and conditions.

In summary, Wife/ husband cant demand before the court over and above the agreed consent terms.

In mutual consent divorce , terms regarding maintenance are decided by both parties mutually....by mutual consent.
Wife and daughter has right to claim maintenance if they are unable to maintain themselves
