Wife cheating on me, putting false allegation and toturing me & family

Dear Sir, My wife is torturing me and my parents. She puts fake allegations on me. She has extra martial affairs. She does not try to suicide, but she mentioned in her complaint that she try to suicide when i told doctor for medical she sad no for any medical. My son is not my son also i have a copy of DNA test report also. I have all the proofs that she has affairs with many persons. i want divorce from her. I dont know what to do. Kindly advise.

Hello, On such grounds husband is entitled to file a petition for divorce from her wife.There can be mental as well as physical cruelty either by husband or wife. Section 13(1) (i-a) of The Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 provides cruelty as one of the grounds for divorce, even for paternity issues, kindly revert if possible.
