Wife cheated on me by not reveling her past to me

I am Jain & was married to lingayat girl 1.5 years back before marriage my wife hasn't said anything about her past but now after marriage she said that she was married to a another guy but because of some problem they got separated within 2 days & mutually taken divorce in home only by signing on stamp paper so it is illegal then how can I prove that please help
okay I understand your questions so your wife is before your marage she was divorce but she did not tell about this right okay but she took mutual divorce from court it is valid .but she make it agreement in stamp paper it is not legal documents so of you need any legal help contact me thank you

It is invalid divorce and your marriage may be declared as nullified. If you want to continue the marriage then your wife and her first husband must obtain mutual divorce. It is dangerous to continue in this marriage without your wife taking court divorce.

if there is no record of the marriage of your wife either with them are with anybody else then you do not have so take the trouble of proving it. you ask her if there is any possibility of photograph or video of that marriage. you any such a proof is remaining then contact me for further action.
