Wife cheated me as she's & hr family hiding her first marriage.

I m hindu religion and I got marriage through some relatives after one month I came to know from her mobile she's had done first marriage and get divorce from that person (Christan community) which is hiding from me and my family before getting marriage with me. Now she's harresing me continue i have decided to leave her on immediately. I have her earlier marriage evidence. So now
I need divorce frm her and filed cheating case against her & her family in police station.
Can I get divorce from her on immediately and how Suggest me best way. Help me. __/__

You can file a petition in court for nullity of marriage instead of divorce on the basis that your consent for marriage obtained by fraud by hiding such an important thing about the life of your wife that she was earlier married and was divorcee at the time of marrying you.
