firstly, u r wife herself demanding divorce from u for which u have no fault i think, and her demands are so unreasonable according to law if she earn more than you. the only question is that who will care the children. my legal opinion is that you should asked u r wife come to the family counsellor first to slove u r family disturbances and if she refused the same , you can file an appln. before DV Act for mental agony and constant harressment by wife and u always keep in mind that you should not mention that i am ready for divorce while i am ready to live with her peacefully alongwith our children.

You have to first consult with advocate regarding the issues, which you are facing, to proceed first, I would like to know that why she is asking for money, what is the main purpose of getting money.

I think your wife is going through phase of superiority complex. Try to show her to a good psychiatrist. Medicines can do the job. Also arrange for a mediation between both families and seek reconciliation. If nothing works then please go ahead with mutual separation. You cannot live your entire life in this manner. Be practical and seek for the best possible solution.
