My sisters husband has done second marriage without the divorce ..... My sister is with my father right now .... She was abused by his husband, her father in law , her mother in law because not to come back,,,, now her husband had done second marriage .... What should we do?

File complaint against him in police station for bigamy with any proof if any, on your report police can inquire your complaint by calling him in police station or can direct take Cognizance against him, if police has failed to do so, you have remedy to file private complaint before JMFC with you facts and in addition to that you file application in divorce petition which is pending before family court, best of luck

Hello..i have filed for divorce with a mitual consenr with my husband..the next date. For final signature is in july amd he is from india..but i am applying for B 2 VISA FOR USA visitor visabin april..so what exact status should i tell about marriage and will it have negative impact on approval of my visa

yes, you can apply , you are not necessary to disclose the said reasons to authority because you can extend your matter for next 6 months also or you can appoint any power of attorney to attend the same on your behalf as per new Judgement,

Q: Legal action against improper medical reports

Hello I did my first sonography on 29.12.2017, and my pregnancy reports were negative in the reports. Dr gave me some medicine but due to which i had severe abdomen pain. On 01.01.2018 i consulted another dr who told me that the fallopian tube has been ruptured and that need to be operated within fifteen minutes. So i got operated too bt the previous dr and the dr who did sonography has not provided the proper reports. Wht shud i do in this case. Please guide me

initilly you can issue legal notice to all those doctor against their mefical negligency abd ask gor compensation and ecpenses and alert them to complaint aginst their service to MCI or yu can file a case against medical negligency before District Consumer forum and ask compensation against loss what you have faced on those days .

Q: Legal procedure to get custody of daughter who is 17 years old

my daughter is 17yrs ld and stays with her dad and grandparents . now that both grandparents are expired and he is not taking care of her properly as to which she contact me and asked me t save her from this situation . kindly guide me that what i can do best to save her and get her custody

you can ask her husband directly and if je is not ready fr doing so you can issue Him legal notice through Advocate therafter you can approach family court for child custody but in court you have to prove or show u r bonfide and financially sound to care of her and acts of torture by husband aginst u r daughter . ibam of the opinion you will be succeed at this age of u r daughter, because court will look after the girl requirements at this age and who can care of her in all asect.

Madam, it depends upon whether your husband is doing job and getting handsone salary, if it do so , you can ask him such type of acts comes under the acts of domestic Violence for which you can file complaint of him to Police Station alongwith acts of cruelty by husbans against wife. However if he does not understand by your words you can lodged the report of the same and can get protection against violence from your husband. therafter you can proceed the competent court for the same as protection and Residence order under DV act
