As the marriage is less than a year old you cannot apply for divorce. But it looks like your wife may apply for divorce after completion of one year of marriage. You should not go to the police station alone. It is better to take a lawyer with you. If there is any illegality or harassment you can initiate legal action.

without completing one year of marriage she cannot move for divorce. moreover if she falsely make allegations on you , give a written complaint on the same concerned police station.. Go to police station with advocates. after completing the 1st year of anniversary she might go for divorce then you file restitution of conjugal Rights.

481 consider that it is a misuse of law they will consider that you are doing such harassment so immediately in order to prevent from all the illegal clutches of the law you must file a divorce petition for the petition for restitution of conjugal rights unless and until you Munh legally and protect all your rights by filing an affidavit before The Honorable Court whatever the complaint they give that may be true so don't play on the complaint before that you take an intelligent step by filing a case against your wife and you can make whatever the conciliation and mediation talks in the court if it is not work out you can proceed for divorce
