Hi, It need clear discussion based on which grounds she ask for divorce. It look like, she is trying to extract money from you. If she need DV from you then you/she can file dv case with jurisdictional family court for the same. the DV will have to be approved by court is permanent solution for your issue. You can ask your wife to file for divorce and pay up in court or both of you can file for a mutual consent divorce in family court and settle the matter while you agreeing to pay the amount. I believe you can arrange so much amount and you may not be willing to continue living with an unwilling wife. however, if you don`t want divorce, you can convince your wife to stay with you.

If you both are legally married then you have to file a mutual divorce application with the jurisdictional matrimonial court asking for a mutual divorce. you have not mentioned whether you have children out of this marriage,
