Q: Wife is mentally not stable what to do

We are hindus.I am working on a new job in bangalore from past 4 months.My wife doesn't want me to work here. We have 2 kids. Right now because of new job not enough money to send home but am repaying a loan of 4500/- every month. She came here in my office with kids.I didn't meet.She called police and mentioned names of people with whom I was working.Also she has an extremely doubting nature.She has been doing this since our marriage from last 12 years.My kids watch the fights every now and then.In my complex where I stay she doubts that I have something going on with 2 women which is not true at all, as she knows my entire schedule 24x7, and this she was doing in our past 2 houses where we used to live.I know for sure she is mentally not stable.I want to know what if she harms herself in mumbai?will I be implicated?If yes then for how long?alternatively what legal steps should I take to protect my self.I was contemplating for divorce.Pls advice.I hv changed my number n reply on email

As per the details/information, You must take your wife for a medical checkup, if you get to know through the report that she is suffering from any chronical diseases which will support you to file a divorce case in the court of law. consult us for further solutions

Q: Cyber Bullying matter what to do

Hi, One guy from Bangalore is harassing my girl friend through online means by calling multiple times from private/unknown numbers sending abusing, threatening,insulting messages/emails through his mobile and online websites too on a regular basis from past few months. Also he impersonated my facebook profile a month ago until i took it down with the help of facebook and now he created a skype account under my name. I have all the messages, call logs and emails. Can you help me in procedding forward to file a complaint and take action ? We live in USA. Thank you !

Yes, I can take up your case, firstly I need all the details, after going through your documents thoroughly we shall file a case in Bangalore cyber police station and we shall move on to take the matter to the court of justice.

Q: Whatsapp was hacked,information was retrieved also 3 fake fb ids

hi.. my watsaap was hacked by a person i know.. n he agreed that he hacked it.also he had made 3 fake id in fb and added my office people and my 60 frnds to keep an eye on me.wat can i do?

If you want to sue that person then You need to file a complaint in the nearest police station or in the cyber police station and by giving all the details of that person who hacked your whatsapp, you will get justice

Q: Cousin gave 3 blank cheques for building his hotel, now not paying me

I 'm civil building contractor and I have constructed one hotel building for my cousin and he had some financial problems while doing construction and he requested to complete the project and also he had given blank cheques and andiment papers to me once he get payment from him he will settle my bill payment,but I don't have such amount so he told that take hand loan from outside and help. And further my one of my friend has given 15 laks and balance we took gold loan and finished his Project, after several months he refused to pay the amount . so please tell me further what small I do , how can I file cheque bounce case against him.

you can present the cheque and get the endorsement from the bank and send a legal notice, after getting the reply you can file a case under NI Act. 138 he will come to the court and return your money with penalty.

Q: To buy property with GPA

Dear Sir/Madam, This is related to Property to Buy....I need to buy the property but owner is daughter in USA and her father is selling the property with GPA given from daughter to her father name. Can I go ahead and buy property with father or any problem will arise future on legal issues... Thanks Looking for your advise

Buying any property from the GPA holder is not a problem but you need to check that the GPA is genuine and the owner must be alive, if he or she is not alive then the GPA holder does not have any right to make transaction over the property. the safest way is to get new GPA through courier from her.
