File a complaint against them in police station if no action is taken by police then file case in court. Even you can stay alone away from wife or seek judicial separation. However it needs detail discussion to suggest proper advice.

You should immediately file a complaint with the local police.However your query is vague. Please mention specifically as to what are the demands your wife and your father in law are pressing you to accept ? If they are pressing you to live separately from your parents then it amounts to cruelty and you may file a divorce petition under section 13 (1)(ia) of Hindu Marriage Act 1955. However you are advised to take help of a good lawyer into the matter.

Sir i would advice you to go to your area's police station ( jurisdictional area) file a complaint over there and remember to take recieving of the same .
Write everything in complaint and names should be specified.
