Wife and her Dad Physically and Mentally Abused me

Hi my wife and I have been in a relationship since 10 years, but married 1.5 years back. She played many manipulative tricks to control me from time and again. She also denied sex to me from time and again. She and her family now threatened me and claiming I have sexual disease and wants divorce. I wanted to talk and discuss, but she spit on my face and she and her dad beat me up. She threw all my belongings.
Now I she is threatening to file mutual divorce or will criminally charge.
You can go ahead and file restitution of conjugal rights case in Court which states that you are willing to stay with your wife and lead a peaceful life. More about this can be discussed face to face.

Before they take you to court, you must file a criminal complaint against them. File a complaint first at your local police station, they will take a GD and that will serve as evidence in your favour. If you have a Medical Certificate that will be just great. File a complaint before the Magistrate court at the earliest.

Since you have faced physical abuse and torture at the hands of your wife and father-in-law, this is a fit case to file an FIR against your wife and father-in-law.
