Q: Wife and her Dad Physically and Mentally Abused me
Hi my wife and I have been in a relationship since 10 years, but married 1.5 years back. She played many manipulative tricks to control me from time and again. She also denied sex to me from time and again. She and her family now threatened me and claiming I have sexual disease and wants divorce. I wanted to talk and discuss, but she spit on my face and she and her dad beat me up. She threw all my belongings. Now I she is threatening to file mutual divorce or will criminally charge.

Since you have faced physical abuse and torture at the hands of your wife and father-in-law, this is a fit case to file an FIR against your wife and father-in-law. However, since your wife has also threatened you with filing a false criminal charge, make sure you get your FIR filed at the police station of your local jurisdiction as soon as possible before your wife files any FIR against you.
Q: Name change after marrige but govt. Job application fill up problem
In some govt. Job application form it is mandatory to write name according to madhyamik pariksha admit card. But after marriage I have changed ( in my addhar,voter,pan) my Surname from Anushri Sarkar to Anushri Sarkar Mandal. On the basis of marriage certificate I have done that. Now the problem is if I have to fill up the form according to Madhyamik exam, then what will I do in the place of signature??? Because according to my addhar and voter ID now my name is Written as Anushri Sarkar Mandal.
