When will I get case number of 13B case first motion done yesterday
22-Mar-2024 (In Divorce Law)
When will someone get case number for a 13B case if he had applied and had the first hearing on same day let’s assume today. Will there be delay in getting case number, he has petition number for now, his lawyer is saying that case number will be available after online upload of petition Case is in district session court?

no once the petition is moved inside the family court the case number is allotted ,
actually the uploading of the case number is after the manual allotment of the case number.
since the case is mutual divorce case there is no need of any formality to give any notice to the other party both the party at the consenting party and the case allotment is just after the presentation of the case noted by the Hon Court and the time bound is 3 months and extreme cases it will be one more so your case is very clear no issue
