When can my wife and I file for a mutual consent divorce

My wife has left me on June 22 June 2021 and living separately with my son who is 23 years old. I would like to seek a divorce from her. We will be able to settle our finances amicably. We both have irreconcilable differences and she prefers to live alone. When can we both file for a mutual consent divorce?

if both side agreed for mutual divorce you can file divorce in the court of your jurisdiction,it may be place of marriage place of cohabitation,your residential area. settlement need to be you will be able to settle amicably if both side agreed to file the mutual divorce petition

You both can file petition for divorce by mutual consent at any time. After filing the petition you both have to wait for 6 months and thereafter when both appear before the court and express your consent, divorce will be granted. In the meantime if any one of the parties decide otherwise then the procedure will be prolonged and sometimes it will be dismissed.
