When can i file for divorce after getting married

Married 3 months before. but found it difficult to live together & difference in opinions. I just wanted to know at what time can a divorce get filed.? & how long will it take to get the divorce?
You can file a joint application seeking divorce by mutual consent. There is a six month cooling or waiting period as provided by law. But the court has the discretion to relax the same in deserving cases.

For filing the petition for divorce you should wait for one year after the marriage. If you are filing the joint petition along with your wife it will take the time of hardly 6 months. Or else it will take the time of 2 to 3 years.
