what will happen if 498 A is pending and contested divorce is granted

my criminal revision (discharge) is pending at dist. judge and divorce is granted what shall I do now , when the opposite party is not appearing

If the opposite party is not appearing then the court will proceed with the ex party and this is best ground for you as you already mentioned that divorce has been granted by the court. Nowadays the misuse of sec 498 A is very common. so no need to worry about it.
