I'm a student from Bihar.Eviction dispute is ongoing against our tenant and us since 5-6 yrs. FIR was filed by tenant against me & mother (Landlord) u/s 384 ipc in oct 2018. We immediately filed ABP in Addl sess judge and was "DISMISSED AS WITHDRAWN" in apr 2019 as the case diary & F.R submitted (in Feb 2019)was u/s 504,427,34 ipc. JM 1st class case also dispose off in 2021 due to non apprnce of informt.In police station criminal record register,"doshmukt" written.PS- Passport also issued later

Q: Wife is neither ready to live together nor ready to divorce
I married almost ten years ago but my wife neither ready to live with me at my place nor ready to divorce me. Even though, doesn't ready to conceive because she had operated uterus tumour. I filled divorce after seven years of awaiting but not ready to divorce me at any cost. She n her family filled criminal cases against me and my entire family members.
