what to do when my husband,in-laws didn't receive summon intentionally

Kindly tell me what to do when my husband and in-laws didn't receive court's summons intentionally. My husband is in dubai and my matrimonial house is in ghazipur,UP. The speed post is showing item returned,addressee moved. Addressee absent. Missed delivery. Not delivered. Kindly help me out for valid service. I have filed 498A,125,DV case in Howrah,WB.
it is very simple, as per order dated 10.7.2020, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has specifically stated that the entire documents be scanned and be sent on whatsapp, telegram, signal or by email, your lawyer of howrah should be well conversant with the recent judgement passed hope you are not misled

Only sending by post will not work for abroad cases. There are bi lateral treaties in between India and Dubai. There are special procedures to be followed when you serve a Summon in Dubai. Your advocate may know that. If you need any assistance, please call us.

Firstly why have you filed 498a and 125 , in 498a remedy cannot be sought as it takes years and husbands dont get arrested after 2nd july, 2014; and in dv and 125 , you wont get 2 maintenance from your husband, you will get one only, so wastage of your hard earned money, as per supreme court there are other modes to deliver summons, which court is accepting in Covid era. there are certain presumptions in law that can also be used to show Service of summons upon respondents.
