What to do in order to get my property released from my wife

I have an infedility case with my wife married since 8 years. I have proof of watsapp, mobile phone calls and recordings where she accepted her sex with other man who is also married. i have registered her name in property as well paying her Lic policy installments since 8 years. She is consulting with her lawyer to get divorce, but says on my face she will not give me divorce. I also dont want to give her divorce unless and until she dont release my property and policy bills. I cant proceed ahead due to this reason, also she cant proceed since she has a feeling she can loose the case. So how can i proceed in this situation or better to keep quite at the moment and look for her turn to do the needful.

In my opinion you should suggest her option of going for divorce by mutual consent. Also suggest her to execute release dees for the joint property. If she is not agreeing for same than go for contested litigation.

Dear client, I UNDERSTAND your difficulties ,but as your marriage is prolonged for a period of 8 years hense you may have children, and you may be above 40 ,suppose she left her right from your property and Lic. Instalments which will fulfil all your lifetime ambitions, can you get new wife who is very clean and kind hearted,instead of thinking that forgive all matters even upto last day and start new life with her in perfect new way.may be possible it will be turning point of your life.
