With all authority and rights you can reside at your matrimonial house even if you contest and oppose the divorce petition filed by your husband.

Dear client...
You have legal rights to stay with your husband at your matrimonial home and for that purpose you can file a petition under section 9 hindu marriage act 1955 in competent court having jurisdiction...if husband have already filed any false divorce petition then you can protest in court in which it is pending....
