What to do against restitution of marriage case filed by husband

I am hindu female aged 29.my husband lied of his age at marriage time.after that i suffered alot for dowery,mental tortures...within 1 year i gave birth of a child .after delivery i m not staying with my husband for 9 months. He filed a case of restituion of marriage s/c 24 against me.what should i do..

U have hire a lawyer to represent to you in court of law and get remedy for you. If u want to leave with him kindly consult your husband or want divorce to contested the case. This is only remedy in case

Dear you have no need to worrry , if you don't wanna be stay wid him , you can file a divorce case against him, and kindly provide me the full disclosure of facts so it would be better to give you proper advice.

File a complaint to the CAW woman cell and also file an FIR against your husband and his family members. If u want to separate from your husband then file a divorce case. Also file for maintenance. Also give a reply in the restitution matter.

It depends what you wanna do. If you wanna go back then jus appear before the court and say that you wanna stay along with him and if you wanna contest the petiton then you have to file reply and contest the case
