What to do after Quashing FIR for section 498a

quashing of FIR for 498a is done , all my family members name is discharged .nStill chargesheet is not filled.nnQuestionn1) do i need to inform police(womans police station) where FIR is lodged , about FIR is quashed ?n 2) After quashing of FIR , can still proceeding run on husband i.e do husband still get summons from court ?
you need not inform to police matter of quashing of FIR because in Court Police department is represented by Public Prosecutor and police will automatically come to know the orders from him/ her. The case is gone, it will not continue against those who are discharged.

Please submit certified copy of the High Court orders to the police station and they will record the same as quashed by HC matter will be closed. There is no necessity of filing charge sheet if the HC quashed FIR against all the accused persons.

no once fir quashed no need file further chargesheet and the police have no rights to file charge sheet against you and your family and moreover you no need to contact police station already this goes to police station
