What should we do if wife lodge an false f.i.r u/s 498a, 377, 354, 323

My wife lodges an false f.i.r. u/s 498a, 377, 354 against my brother, 323, 504, 506 and dv act. Now she is trying to fail the mediation. She lived with me or my family just for 1 one month including 15 days in her house also. After that her family members came to my house and bring her with themselves and loadged a false f.i.r. I have abundant proof to prove that the f.i.r. is false because she lived in my house only for 7-8 days. What should I do? Can there is any threat of arrest before filing chargesheet by the i.o? Or how can i remove all the names from f.i.r atleast of my family members?

Show all the proof to the I.O and aware him about all the proofs which you have in your defence and you may also apply for the anticipatory before the Hon'ble court then you will not be arrested else it depends upon the report of I.O you may be arrested depending upon the proofs and nature of the case.
