what should I do ? If she doesn't come back home?

my wife wants to go away from me and give birth to our baby. she will not sign that she is doing this on her own free will... what should I do ?
It seems she is not aware that child is the joint property of both couple. You have equal right over the forth coming child. You can file case under section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act and resume her to your house during delivery period. Your personal presence is also necessary during delivery period.
