What rights do I have to stay with husband if he has refused

I did love marriage in 2014 and now my inlaws refused to accept me and my husband filed divorce with false allegations on me that I am not interested to stay wirh him , I am greedy of his parents property . Actually he wants to stay with me but his parents asked him that if he take me with him they will kill them so he filed it , bt before he filed divorce I did complaint against him that he is not taking me with him at CAW cell . What rights do I have to save my marriage as my husband is not able to take stand for me

You can also seek the help of the court by filing a petition for restitution of conjugal rights. In addition you can make your inlaws a party as they wrongfully trying to intervene in your matrimoniol life and making your life miserable by instigating your husband . That thing can only be done only if the inlaws feel pressure from your side be it societal or legal one. So in these circumstances if the matter has escalated to an extent of non compoundable then you have the remedy of filing a dv act alleging the domestic violence. Since the domestic violence is not limited to the physical torture , you can include other charges which pressurise them to succumb to your requests.

According to facts of your case, Your legal remedy not exhausted just because he moved before a court. U have a remedy to file dv cases for mental and physical harassment from inlaw. U can file 200 CrPc , DV Complaint, maintenance and other remedies in familes laws

You can file a petition before the family court of your concerned area for conjugal rights to direct your huaband to take you back. Otherwise you can also tell the cAw cell to go for counselling instead of taking any actiin

If your husband has filed the case for divorce. He will have to show ground for divorce otherwise divorce is not so easy.
You can also state the actual fact before the CAW Cell or family court.
