What is the eligibility to apply the divorce

1. My marriage is not to be properly registered in the register offices i need to apply the divorce in court?n2. I am getting married just 2 month back after marriage she was live 15 days with me then she left me she say to me I don’t like you I don’t want to live with you what i need to do next?n3. In living time also we don’t have any intentional relationship with us so can I eligible to claim the jeevanamsam?

To apply for regular divorce your marriage must be one year old. For divorce by mutual consent that means your wife also agreeing for divorce, then you can apply for the same immediately. You cannot claim maintenance based on these issues. But if you have no source of income and you are unable to work for medical reasons then there is chance of getting maintenance from your wife. If you can prove that your wife cheated you then you can file a criminal case.

hello sir / madam. the married period is very small. in this period you could not understand each other. however you can make the divorce proceedings. in the maintenance issues the court has to decide. the right to maintenance starts from the day one of the marriage

mam, for a marriage to be official registration certificate is not a must, photo and invitation is enough. it is inevitably the duty of the husband to take care of wife and u can very well ask for maintenance (jeevanamsam) either with or without divorce. kindly contact for more details.
