what if wife not ready to come to husband house after filing cases

Wife filed 498a and 125 crpc cases on me and my family. Now cases are in evidence stage. In mediation, i am ready to accept my wife but she is not ready to come to my home. wife left home without telling me or my family members. What happens to 498a and 125 crpc cases ?

you should contest the criminal cases filed by your wife otherwise judgement will be passed against you even that is no compromise between you and your wife it is advisable to contest criminal case and to take all the necessary differences by Consulting an advocate

You need to file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights. If she refuses to obey the court decree directs cohabitation, you can resist her claim of maintenance. Don't get it delay file the petition the soonest possible.
