What charges to be put on Divorce case

I want to know what all charges can I put on husband to put him in extent level of trouble after 7 years of marriage and what all can be put on wife instead of self defence.

Most probably the better option you have is to go for domestic violence if it has happened, or you may file against him over cruelty. Plus maintenance application can be filed before magistrate. You may also file a complaint under section 498 a of the Indian penal code on the basis of some proofs if you have against your husband, That due to some Bad financial condition of My husband has started Asking for dowry

You can proof it against the husband. Husband abuse you. After seven year of marriage law always say that burden of proof wife against the husband if u proof it. You file the case against the husband. Regards as Advocate Sidharth Bagla

Hello after 7 year of marriage as a wife you have right against domestic violence under domestic violence act and you can ask for residence, maintenance, custody of children, compensation etc, you can also demand for your and minor children maintenance under 125 Crpc
