What can i do my husband married again when divorce is pending

My husband working in army. Divorce case is going on. But he married another girl. I searched lot but I can't any evidence for his marriage. I gave complaint in police station also but police also supported him only because he told I did not marry her. In army some money coming for me and my daughter ( 3 years old)That money also will come he is in army after retried ment money did not come. My advocate now telling you see another advocate . what I will do further. My marriage arrange marriage. I am Hindu. Now before two months girl baby born for him. Please tell any idea to my case.
It is strange as to how he married while the divorce case is pending. If you have materials, then, he can be punished under the offence of bigamy. What your advocate says? Is he supporting your cause?

The person has the service records from which the second marriage could be identified by writing a letter to the concerned authorities. the bigamy is punishable under IPC. The person has not mentioned about the stage of the divorce case

If your Advocate wants you to see another Advocate, then you should get some other Advocate. Have you filed any case against your husband? How are you getting money from the Army? Have you got any Court Order? Where is your husband staying with his new wife? If he is staying in any Army quarters then you can give a complaint to his Higher Officials for bigamy. You can try to hire a Detective to get the details about his 2nd marriage and wife. Also you can get the birth certificate of the child to show that your husband has a child through another wife.
