Hello,

If you wish to withdraw your consent from the 13B petition then move an application for the same before the court and the court will allow your application and the petition under section 13b will be dismissed eventually

Dear client

As per the sec 13 B (divorce by metual consent) both of you(Husband and Wife) must be ready for divorce. Otherwise 13 B is not possible.
If you don't want to leave him then you can move habeas corpus writ petition in the high court directly. If your husband is in illegal detention.

You can communicate with me via phone call for better advice.
